Exercise is one of the best ways to reduce stress, work up a healthy appetite, and start feeling healthy. Engage in activities that you enjoy and are most inclined to practice routinely instead of ones that will bore you.
For example, I personally love Zumba dancing, which gets my whole body active and feeling great. Many of us cannot make it to a workout facility daily, but simple exercises at home or at the office can be effective. Most importantly, do the things that will work for you instead of trying to force something that you do not like or that is impractical.
